VMs are a MASSIVE HACK.

Like, stupid powerful. I’m perplexed why more people don’t use them.

With normal DMs (done properly) you’ll book a call every 10-15 messages.

With VMs it’s every 3-4.

Here's Ty Frankel’s framework:

When to Send

Best time: During live conversations

Sweet spot: 8 AM - 12 PM in their timezone

KEY RULES:

The 4-Step Framework

1️⃣ Intro + genuine connection/find commonalities (10-15 sec)

(Shows you’re not just trying to get a sale plus connects on a human level)

2️⃣ Get into their offer (5-15 sec)

(What’s the reason for the VM? Start to setup call pitch)

3️⃣ Liken it back to what you do/foreshadow value/social proof (5-15 sec)

(Make it relevant for them + setup call pitch)

4️⃣ Pitch call in a non-needy value-first way related to rest of message (5-15 sec)

(Make time seem scarce & don’t be eager)
