- Inbound starts with visibility. If prospects don’t see you, they won’t DM you.
- Content is the magnet that draws people in and positions you as credible.
- Posts that give actionable insights, bold opinions, or niche breakdowns generate engagement that you can convert into DMs.
✍️ Example:
- “We helped a client add $87k in new revenue with one change to their outbound process. Here’s what we did…”
- “Most agencies think they need X to scale. In reality, Y is the real bottleneck.”
Step 2 → Engage With Commenters
🧠 Theory:
- The comments are where the warmest leads live.
- These people are already interacting with your content — they’re curious, they’re watching.
- Engaging with their comment starts a micro-conversation that makes the DM natural.
✍️ Example:
- Reply to a comment: “Great point — how are you currently handling that in your team?”
- Acknowledge them publicly, then move the conversation to private messages.
Step 3 → Transition Into the DM
